August was the Spitters best month of the season.

We’re an arm (Stewart) away from being able to compete in the postseason, but this has been a fun season with some guys who I’ve given lots of innings to finally developing

He's a damn good player and some speed at first, that's a plus.

If their average holds up, it would beat the previous high by a team by .010

1930 Phillies had the most hits as a team in MLB history with 1783. Boston needs 30 hits in 20 games to beat that.

2046 they had 1906 hits, 2014 Philly Cheesecakes are next on the list with 1816.
