I'm getting about 15 MPG George and that's with a RIPP Supercharger on that bitch too. That's only rocking 35's though don't think ill go up from there.

.....and Corey the kid thinks this is his big toy more than I do. He loves riding around in this thing. Hasn't asked for his tablet for youtube or movies once since we took the doors and top off.

Don't get me wrong, a Tesla would be fun but I would want a Model S P100D and I don't want to make my car payment greater than my house payment. LOL

It's an awesome ride and glad the family is enjoying it.

Just doing my Tesla part in educating America on EVs :)

Live it up.

Damn! The only one I have ever seen was the one in Limon. And that one is tucked behind a Wendy's and only saw it out of luck, no signs saying there is a charging station there or anything.

How far do they go with one charge doing 75-85 mph? How long does it take to recharge?

Not something you really "pimp" or show off but we just got a Traverse to tote around the 5 kids. I'm really enjoying it. It's rare that I find a vehicle that I'm real comfortable in but I enjoy driving this one.

Depending on the size of the battery you purchase.

60kw gets 210 miles fully charged
100kw gets over 330 miles fully charged

At a Supercharger it can recharge from almost empty to full in about 20-30 minutes which is a huge advantage over other EVs which are very slow chargers.

Hey Pino, I think you'd find it easier to use that hoist if you ran the straps all the way down the top instead of off the sides like that. You can run them underneath the top but above the roll bars while it sits on the Jeep and then just lift it straight up. By the looks of this you have to actually lift each corner to pull the straps through. It will also balance the top better for you while it hangs in the air. Not sure if I have a picture on me, but I can take one when I get home and show you how I have mine set up.

I just sold my hard top and went TrekTop NX full time. It's louder on the interstate but love the ease of keeping the air flowing in the jeep

I like having that hard top in the winter though. Keeps it just a tad bit warmer inside :)

I also have to travel a lot and leave my Jeep at the airport. Feel a little safer leaving it with the hard top on versus a soft top.

Was in a friends a couple months ago, first time being in one. Was surprised with the interior and the space

This.

Also, there is enough room between the roll bar and the top to slide the straps through between roll bar and roof of hardtop With my set up. I did order 2 10ft straps instead of one 20 footer to help distribute the weight a bit more evenly. I went from naked to fully dressed in 20 minutes by myself and that was with taking off the temp mirrors and everything.

I may try rigging it a bit different to see what works best though. Thanks for the heads up Pete.
