Good news is, I had Klay Thompson last night, he dropped 67 fantasy points, and helped me easily win my 50/50. ALl the super cheap value plays(Bass/Galloway/J Smith/Jameer) all had monster games by their standards so scores were super high last night. I had all 4 of those guys+THompson and had my highest score ever with 341, despite only getting 4 points from Dragic.

Sucks cause I was watching the game game but turned it off early in the 3rd quarter,right before a bit of history I could have watched.

Thompson went 13 of 13 in the 3rd, including 9 of 9 from 3, crushing the record for points in a quarter with 37.

Every player scored 30 for me except DWIGHT FUCKING HOWARD who netted me seven before leaving.

I use this tracker tool(Excel spreadsheet) from RotoGrinders, it's pretty cool.

I'm tracking myself on just FantasyUp, I have a 21% ROI, which I assume is good. I know I started out really well with the tournies, but then I tailed off big time. I assume I was probably in the negative in the tournies. So I tracked my plays on just the tournies and while it's only $168 total buy-ins, I was surprised to see my ROI is 83%. From 12/1 to 12/23, I was up $167. But from 12/23 to 1/23 when I thought I tailed off a lot, I actually only went down to +$139. I was considering not playing them any more, but the numbers suggest I should probably keep going, if not play a few more bucks daily on them.

I had AD in my lineup and with about 3 minutes left til rosters locked, I moved him out and Westbrook in based on KD being out.

AD has 50, Westbrook has 11 to the same point in the 3rd quarter.

I kinda gave up on the Grind Down. I'll check it out periodically as it can sometimes be helpful, generally speaking. But it's based on FD/DK scores, so playing on the new site makes it a bit obsolete, but not completely.

I've been trying to stay more even with less value plays and elite plays lately, but there's just so much good value that it's hard, tonight included.

I have a 307 projected point lineup on FantasyUp. I'll post the entire lineup when i get a moment, but it includes Harden/Westbrook/AD.

Made a last second switch when Lebron was ruled out and got Kyrie(and Tyreke/JR Smith instead of Westbrook/Matthews/Turner in my lineup, and he dropped 65 fantasy points. That switch added around 25 points to my score for a successful night.

I'm riding Galloway/Smith until the wheels fall off! I try to not take them, but they're still minimum price at $5500 so it's almost impossible not to.

The other thing I've done lately(or really, really made it my top priority) is to just try and pick guys who have the least amount of bad games over the past 10 games or so. Minimize the bad games, and you're always in play to place in the 50/50s.

The funny thing about my 83% ROI I talked about on tournies is I'm using the same lineups as my 50/50 lineups, just throwing in $2 or so a night and still doing well in the tournies with the 50/50 oriented lineups.

I post up my rosters, as it's easiest that way, though he sometimes texts back responses to my lineups instead of posting here. Lots of behind the scenes stuff!!!
