Pass Efficiency Defense

When I was writing a team report for leaguedaddy, I realized I had quite a few more interceptions then touchdowns allowed, which I never even though about before tonight. Started making me wonder what the pass efficiency for my defense would be. Came out at 110.46 (includes 5 of the 6 games that have qb stats entered). It won't take long to go up though. If anyone else is bored and wants to run theirs, here is a link you can input totals.

Cool stuff. Mine is 127.76.
I've given up 7 TDs and 20 INTs.
But a lot of defensive passing stats against in this game are kinda skewed for teams with winning records, IMO.

Well let us just say it's not pretty for the Lobos of New Mexico
Part coach style, part user skills which have sh!t the bed in the past few years results in this
106/162 for 1615 yards, 10 TDs : 13 INTs 153.49 Rating
Gotta imagine I'm near the top in yards per attempt/completion allowed

I've given up more completions and more yards...with USC.

We're talking an average here dummy, not overall yards / completions

Okay so you give up more yards per game, which means either you really do suck (very possible), or since you're usually leading the opponents takes to the air more often...but what I was getting at is what's the average per completion/attempt for USC

this is interesting to look at for this "passing game" friendly version of ncaa
my line through 7 games...
114-175 1555 yds 7 td 13 int for a rating of 138.13
i thought it'd be much worse, but then again, those numbers were helped by nickwadden and his lack of passing due to his running game mauling my defense with ease.

I probably shouldnt post this because all the pass happy teams will be drooling all over themselves after seeing this.
In 5 games that has stats (6 total but no stats entered for Indiana):
85-119 1070 6-6 For a passer rating of 254.92 I think I need some help with the pass defense.

Kev, you are halfway to one of the most critical stats in football. There are a lot of people that say to forget winning the running game ... win the passing game. Find your offense's passing efficiency and then find your defense's passing efficiency. If offense > defense, you probably have a winning record. If not, you probably have a losing record.

I know this is a silly question, but is defensive passing efficiency simply the opponents passing efficiency?

I think there is something wrong with this site. I put in my guys stats and it has him as a 314.58 pass efficiency rating.
His stats:
57-98 1018 6tds 12ints

You didn't put attempts in the first field.

Since I'm a dumbass and cant read, my defensive pass efficiency is 153.51. What is considered good? I would assume I'm on the border of not good.
