Conference Race Breakdown

I will try and keep this updated as games are played. Some of the conferences are still a cluster f*ck that I didn't bother with too much of a breakdown until we cut down on the true contenders and get more games in.
Wasn't sure if I should post here or in ESPN.
ACC
Atlantic
North Carolina State (3-2) – After starting off in control, they have dropped 2 in a row. They still have huge matchups with both Clemson and FSU coming up.
Clemson (5-2) – Clemson controls their own destiny. They are tied with Florida St but have the head-to-head win. Their last ACC game is against NCSU. If Clemson can win, the division is theirs.
Florida St (5-2) – FSU pretty much has to hope a lot of things happen. They need NCSU to beat Clemson, then FSU needs to beat NCSU.
Coastal
Virginia (6-1) – Has clinched the division regardless of the result of their last game for it they lose, they hold all the tie-breakers.
Big 12
North
Nebraska (4-2) – Still has 2 games to play. If they win out, the division is theirs as they have the head-to-head win. If they lose, Missouri wins.
Missouri (6-2) – Missouri has to sit back and wait on Nebraska and hope thye lose on game.
South
Texas (7-1) – Has clinched the division.
Big East
Cincinnati (5-1) – UC is currently on top with 1 conference game remaining against USF. If they win out, they still need Rutgers to lose one more conference game.
Rutgers (3-1) – Rutgers still has 3 conference games remaining. An early season win against Cincy could be their tie-breaker, but Pitt has something to say about that as Rutgers’ only loss is to them.
Syracuse (1-2) – At 2 losses, Syracuse is on the outside looking in. They still have a chance, but need some help.
South Florida (0-0) – USF is the wildcard at this point. A little behind on their schedule they can really shake things up if they get caught up.
Big Ten
Penn State (8-0) – Clinched.
C-USA
East
East Carolina (7-0) – A scheduling flub at the C-USA offices and ECU Athletic Dept. left ECU with only 7 conference games. As a result they have clinched the East.
West
Houston (5-2) - They have one game left. If they win, they will clinch the division. If they lose, they open the door for a number of teams.
MAC
East
Kent State (7-1) - Has claimed the East title.
West
CMU (7-0) and Toledo (5-0) are in the driver’s seat heading into their upcoming matchup. If CMU wins, the division is theirs, otherwise, they will need Toledo to lose both of their other remaining games.
Mountain West
San Diego State (7-0) - Clinched Title
PAC 10
USC (8-1) - Has clinched the conference. They had the head-to-head tie breaker with UCLA.
SEC
East
Florida (8-0) – Won East Division
West
Mississippi St (7-1) Clinched division after defeating Mississippi.
Sun Belt
Florida Atlantic (7-0) - Has clinched.
WAC
The battle between Nevada and Boise in week 13 could mean the conference. Again, there are still some outstanding games that could change everything.
