I have a question about the roster for Rice Owls


OK when I used them off line Sam Mcguffie is on the team, but when I got online to try them out he was not on the roster.

Anyone ever used Rice? Was he on the roster for you?
And if he is on my rosters off-line how would he not be on my roster online, and I looked at the Rice Stats and Gary has him with stats on LD.

Im confused Is he on the game or not?

I believe the rosters were a little bit messed up this year and depending on what roster file you downloaded some players were added to the roster which you would see off line but not online

He's a transfer so he probably shouldn't be available online or offline

Last season I played Rice and he was running vs me, or at least his name was. I don't know what roster file that was since my ps3 broke and I lost it though.

if u wanna see what roster you will actually have available online you have to not load the roster with names which loads automatically.

i created a "new user" on the ps3..without downloading the roster names on that one and u can start the game under that user and see if he's there

if he's there (wont be named), then he'll be online

u can trust the named rosters 100% because they people who do it make edits. they really only make a few in the grand scheme of things but those few can be HUGE to 1 team

but yeah, check that way to see what you'll actually have instead of the named rosters

Ok Nole, I created a new PSN and didnt load rosters...He is there as the 3rd string back. But where do I get the rosters with him on there? The rosters I have saved he is not on there....

If anyone has him on there...let me know so I can copy your rosters to my EA locker and have Mr. Mcguffie. I guess this is the only way?

thats weird..if he is there under the new psn user...he should be there on the named roster when u go online

at the very least he should be there when u go online

fyi..dont think u can get names rosters with him on there

i think everyone with names uses the same exact file though from diff places

Actually. when i load my default roster wich i do have available in my locker it gives the appearance that Mcguffie is not on the depth chart of the RBs. However, if you do an R1 auto sort he moves to the #1. Originally becasue of his transfer status hes in the 6-7 slot which does not display unless you are in edit mode or you auto sort.

He didnt have to set out a season for "hardship reasons" its a nice rule the NCAA put into place.

Thanks to Outlaw I actually have a couple of changes I make each game now that actually help me out.

Kinda random, but since my ps3 broke I had to get a new roster file. And ever since, it wasn't showing the names online for me in games even though I loaded the file every time. On my old ps3 they showed up automatically online without loading. Why won't they show up now in online games?

because you ve actually not loaded them. Its okay we expect this out of people that live in Michigan.

1.) I'm not from Michigan
2.) I have loaded them every game before going online and they didn't show. I used to not even have to load shit when I had my old ps3.

once they are loaded be sure to press R3 in and save your profile
