I'm all for dynasties in this league and I'm also in support of those who simply play with teams for fun. Case and point being a guy like Cnasty. That guy can't sit still!! He loves bouncing around every year and playing with different programs. His heart is with the Canes sure, but at the end of the day he'd choose 'fun' over simply having his team.

The other extreme is guys like Biffy and Holmey who bleed their respective universities. Hell it's in their Forum names! No matter if their team is an A++ or a bottom feeder, their loyalties remain the most important.

Then you got guys like Crowes...No rhyme or reason. Just pick a team out of convenience and ride them out as long as you can till you get fired...Well in Crowes' case he aint getting fired anytime soon. Even if VT is an A++ next season, he'll still slither his way to making 'enough points' to keep them.

Crowes has posted BACK 2 BACK 5 win seasons with that program but still magically makes his points. That math doesn't add up to me...Oh wait I forgot he gets some arbitrary point bonus for being a commish. blahhh

*Cue the violin for me* To wrap it up, Crowes you're not a fan. You have no real ties to the university. Your idea of attachment to the team is following them on ESPN and drafting guys for your fantasy team. I bet you've never even been to a game before.

VT was B team last game so only had to get 85 points. How does that math not add up? I wasnt a commish last game so I didnt get any bonus points for those 2 seasons.

The more you cry the more fun I have keeping them every season.

I think BigScrub is taking them. He's always flirted with it, but I think he'll pull the trigger this time. He loves big, fast safeties, and they have one. That's okay, I have a couple teams in mind I might dynasty. I played horribly with WVU when I had them, and it took the fun from the game, as silly as that sounds. I have them in an online dynasty I'm in, and that's good for me. There's a university I attended as a freshman that I have my eye on.

Yea I don't know why people complain about not getting teams..... I have fun playing with other teams lol I will probably never get Rutgers and I think I am the only true fan here but I rather see someone take them and do good with them like Cameron did then I have them and suck with them.

However I hope Tfan gets Texas and Terps gets WVU its nice seeing good straight players get their teams!

Once upon a time I was urked by Crowes staying at VT but that flame has died rather quickly. I've been backwards insulting him and asking him to leave for like 6 seasons now. Whether it be on the boards, in my recaps, or even in his coaches report haha. I think I can catch the hint he isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

With that being said, Crowes is a solid owner. He is a committed member to the league and he is a big reason why we're 119 owners strong each year. He does more than the average owner on a regular basis. Nothing personal with Crowes, just a running joke now.

I play to have fun and this is the best league around. I don't play this game year round unless its league play or an Online Dynasty (which is with NDL guys). If I was lucky to get VT in a draft somewhere down the line, I would be excited, but it's not going to ruin my day. I haven't missed a beat since I've been here and don't plan on doing it going forward.
