Release date for the XBox is June 3rd so that puts us early July.

Did I miss this???What are these maps going to be like????WOW they are money hungry...but heck I am sure I will buy them....but 2.5-3 months after the 1st map pack comes out they are throwing another one....DAMN.

W@W seemed like they released them once a month.

This is absolutely fine with me. The more maps the better. Of course i'll still bitch about the ridiculous price that will inevitably come along, but in the end its more gameplay time for me.

Broadcast would be sweet, Shipment would be asking too much.

God damn put this shit to a vote so you can actually give us the maps we liked the best.

It seems to me that most of these "new" maps are just a mix and match of objects they've already used (the broken up C-130, the burned out tank) and settings they've already used. I'll still buy them because I'm such a junkie but it would be nice if they put more imagination into it.

Lack of map variety was one of my big complaints with COD 4. They hit some homeruns but certainly a lot of maps were very similar linear maps centered around burnt out husks of machinery and buildings.

I've always said that Treyarch designed better maps. W@W had a lot of different looks and types of maps that kept the game fresh for longer. I would love the Black Ops map packs to include some W@W maps.

However, I certainly welcome more maps.

so we're getting 2 crappy COD4 maps, a carnival one, then rehashes of salvage and rust?

Is this for sure? Once you guys get the regular rotation and off the mosh pit stimulas pack on the PS3, I have noticed that on XBOX live, overgrown and crash are the maps that are most played. For some reason, Overgrown and crash come up every three maps from what I noticed.

Theyve been mixed into the regular playlists for a few days now. Didnt get to play crash at all tonight
