Threw up this area down here called Kidz Corner

Was thinking I know there are more than a few guys here including myself going through or that have gone through divorce.

Gets tough sometimes when you have to play mom and dad as 1 person on your nights since alot of stuff we kinda left up to the ex's as "mommy stuff"

not expecting a shitload of stuff here but if it helps one guy enjoy time with his kids a little bit more its worth it

know what you mean about having to play mommy sometimes. Me and my two daughters mother are not together and they usually stay with her during the school year. They have been with me all summer and have been a blast. Two big issues I have encountered. Their mother is a disciplinarian while I am a pushover, so I feel sometimes I tend to "baby" my girls. They are 10 and 6 now but know they have me wrapped around their finger. The other problem is that the oldest is very moody at times. I only dred what this means

It is an entirely different thing when boys and girls get older. Even though I don't have a son, I know that there is more stuff involved when girls grow up.

Shit I'm a single-dad, so I gotta wear both hats every fuckin day. It gets very interesting and sometimes frustrating trying to balance between disciplinarian and "cool dad". My son just turned 10 a few weeks ago and we lost his mother to a car accident when he was just 5 weeks old, so its been just him and I all his life (with a few random chics mixed in here and there ). Needless to say, we have a very tight bond and he knows that without any other distractions, that what he does is basically under the microscope at all times.

Well you are are known as the biggest bully of us, so... you're saying D-sho's son is going to be a bully? Also I remember someone in the NDL Census said they were a widower, prob was D-sho.
