I'm going to drive down to Miami and punch Riccio in the balls if he doesn't stay off the third flag.

Child, please!

Riccio was obsessed with capping the 3rd flag last night. As the General, I'd be surveying the battlefield and see that fool sprinting like a fucking madman into their spawn area. I would have shot him myself but I didn't want to waste a bullet.

hahaha,

a) it took me until last night to figure out that 1 flag is 'our' flag, 1 is 'theirs' and that we're basically fighting over the middle
b) i just got the maps and had no idea what was going on
c) i suck, obviously
d) i enjoy the challenge of being rambo.

You have potential. Granted, you're like a lump of crap right now but I will mold you into a killing machine. You're not timid and that will accelerate your learning curve. Most new people are completely overwhelmed by the game. They will hunch over and move at a snails pace and make themselves easy targets. I had to yell at Cnasty all the time about this. So, once you learn the maps, you will be good to go.

Read this old thread....

another problem is i have only played with the ump45 or whatever. i play with the silencer on and then the claymore things and then i have the ninja, the scavenger and the one that prevents you from being seen on the radars.

one of my boys from back home is crazy good at the game, like top 10,000 or some shit and he told me to use that. then i talked to AJ and he told me i shouldn't be using that gun unless we're on small maps. i kinda just grab and go.

also, after playing for like 2 weeks, i just realized you could run! i was wondering why guys were so much faster then me. i still don't know how to lay down tho, i only know how to crouch

i'll read over that thread but if someone could give me a breakdown on what classes i should create and when to use them i'd be very thankful

Yea, the ump isn't really the gun you want to be starting out with. It's very good for small maps and close combat. It's a very good FFA gun but shooting from distance is going to hurt you right now.

I always tell new people to work with one gun and one class until they perfect it. You should be more concerned with how to play the game and knowing the maps right now and not how to adjust to different guns.

Personally, I think the M4A1 rapes in this game. Put a red dot on it and you're good from distance. You can shoot from the hip in close combat and get kills.

This is my go to class. I used this most of last night.

M4A1 (red dot)
Secondary: SPAS-12
C4 (use claymores until you get C4)
Sleight of Hand
Stopping Power
Steady Aim

This class works for any map. Just camp B with it and you will rack up kills.

PS: You hold down triangle to lay down.
