What Can I Do To Improve My Gameplay?

please dont delete this, this is 100% serious. I just got thrown on probation and understandably so if I have to work on stuff I will...but what is it? I'm confused.
I play dline on D, i dont blitz much
On offense I try mixing it up.
I need general help, especially from people I faced.
It's also funny the hypocricy that goes on. Every game I said "good game" and if I gave 5/5 I told thm and id usually here "same for u gg man"..and then I get my results and well, mathematically some people are fuckin lying.
So I'm curious in general what I can do better to improve my game.

If you can't figure it out on your own you may never. Hopefully some of your opposition from the past season can shed light on this.

hopefully so. It's fuckin embarassing seeing a score like that.
what I dont get is, i got exactly 80, which means 8/10 or 4/5 when voting, so on average people gave me a 4/5 and that's bad?
ahh well, i guess I have to change it up. I'll throw more interceptions and deep bombs i guess.
But I still wanna hear from my opponents.

I agree....
I been here since Season 1....first time ever receiving this....
Yet in my coachin reports comments i only received 3 comments....which were...YOUR COACH REPORT COMMENTS:
- Plays the game the right way, for the fun of it.
- Jake it was a blast. Just keep pounding the rock.
- this game was simmed
But yet i get put on probabtion. I had 4 games simmed for not being able to meet up with my opponents
I mean I had Temple, normally I throw it 50+ times a game. Well this year, Temple was miserable playing with, so i chose to just the run the ball, keep the clock running and get to the offseason for a new team. And now i get this email?
I just dont know wat to correct with the comments that were left?
HELP please....thanks

4 sims? one sim, may not be your fault, but having 4 sims, sounds like a "you" problem, I see this as being probation worthy.

I had one comment that just left me baffled.
- - really needs to mix up playcalling especially on defense.
I ran the 3-4. I ran 4 out of the 5 constantly mixing up zone, man, blitzing, etc. Red Zone I would run 5-2, inside the 9 I would run goalline. I never ran the same play from the same formation two times in a row.
But here is the baffling part here are my ranks on defense.
Points Against (119th) 30.8
Total Defense Allowed (120th) 315.8
Rushing Yards Allowed (110th) 81.0
Passing Yards Allowed (119th) 234.8
Defensive Sacks (95th) 9
Defensive Fumbles Recovered (63rd) 2
Defensive Interceptions (84th) 16
Forced Turnovers (91st) 18
This was by far one of the worse defenses in the league and I get a comment about my defense

nope, and thats what annoys me, people give me low scores and odnt tellme my problem.
I have 2 theories behind this.
1. people are lying losers
2. people were sad they lost to WKU
Cause seriously, i'm sure if i was a good team and i lost to WKU id be upset too. and when I do the math, IF people were telling the truth, then i shouldnt of gotten my score.

I was put on probation too, after my last two years having nearly perfect scores in coaching reports, I'm baffled.
Yes, I run the 3-4 as my base defense, mixing it with cover two, cover three, cover four, and several zone blitzes. I get complaints about not enough man defense. Why would I run man defense? So Harvin, Moreno, Spiller, etc. don't toast me on crossing routes. I find it a rough way to get a bad score, but it's alright, I can adjust.
Second, it appeared that my offense was graded poorly. I ran the rock over 300 times this season, with about 150 passes. When no one is open, which is often playing in the SEC, why would I force it down field and not take an easy curl route or crossing route? Beats me, yet I get complaints about not having a down field passing attack.
Now I understand a lot of these poor grades are probably coming from upset people from getting beat down and getting ran on 30 times a game, but at least have the decency to tell me after the game what I did wrong so in my future games nothing of the nature occurs again.
Thank you.

communication, communication, communication. it's often lacking around here because the anonymity of coaches reports allows peopleus to speak their mind via the numbers and not rock the boat. we can all be better communicators. many people don't communicate about issues because they're simply afraid of the other party getting defensive and offended thereby beginning a pissing contest. i think some people do get way too antsy about what other people do. we have this conversation every offseason. if i were a betting man, i'd say some guys do give lower scores because they got beat, and some guys give all 5s just to get the reports done because they've forgotten to do them after the games. i also think being fairly new or maybe even someone who catches flak on the boards might factor into things. there's an advantage to playing people you are friendly with each season. nothing wrong with it, but it is a built in advantage.
personally, i enjoy playing different types of teams/coaches. as long as someone doesn't do the same thing all game or do things to purposely take advangate of a game issue, i'm fine. some are more free thinking than i am, and some are much more strict than i am. sometimes coaches reports fluctuate simply because of who you might have played, i.e. more stricter coaches when it comes to reports.
best thing any of you that have issues with things might can do is try to take some of the criticism to heart (we all have things we can improve on) and maybe even talk to some of the coaches you played privately in a non-defensive way. i think most people here genuinely seem to want to know what they can do to improve themselves in the eyes of the people they played, and that's a start. i also believe that most everyone here would help out if they believed it wasn't going to turn into a he-said/she-said thing.

They did tell you, in your coaches reports. Seems you know that your offense is the problem so look at that.
Telling folks after a game only goes so far before it becomes a bitch fest. Rule of thumb, one bad score or comment, no big deal, even 2 could be overlooked. If you get 3 or more bad scores or comments, time to look at your game play.

How bout a 3rd option. People may have not liked your gameplay. If it was truly a misunderstanding, you will be fine, but if not, then bye bye.
