I listen to his show because I would rather do that then kill myself over mortgage terminology, but he is such an annoying fuck.

I hate him on SportsNation, and he stores some odd saliva in his mouth when he talks on the radio so he sounds like Daffy Duck.

The reason I'm posting is he just elaborated on how he is the biggest fair weather fan, EVER. I'm guessing he's from Seattle because he says he was a Mariners fan, but he now likes the Yankees because they try to win. Oh and he's starting to like the Phillies, too, but he voyaged away from the M's because they built their franchise around a singles hitter.

Someone friend of mine on Facebook yesterday posted how Cowherd is a genius and about 20 people commented and agreed with him. Guys like Cowherd who sit behind a desk and complain about most everything in sports and prob never played a thing past hisgh school are laughable. People like him because he has no barriers when he speaks and is somewhat like the Howard Stern of sports talk radio.

I don't like listening to his radio show, but I like him on SportsNation.

I watched about a half an episode of Sports Nation to realize its got to be the worst program on TV. How do you guys sit through this thing?

I listen to his show at night, and its a love hate thing. I love that he is off the wall and will say what he thinks. He seems like a real person to me. He is not always the politicaly correct type which drive me nuts.

Thing I hate is that he is a hater, and he won't deny it. He hates Oklahoma. He has picked againt ou so many times I can't even count them. He always hates that Oklahoma got the Thunder so he is always hating on them now.

Colin Cowherd is awful.

he says ridiculous things to get a rise out of people and get more ratings. half the shit he talks about he sounds uneducated on the topics, like not even knowing players names and shit.

I used to listen to him on my way to school wehn i commuted and the worst part about his show is what radio guys call "dead air." You can always hear him rustling his papers and struggle what to hate on next. He is an asshat.

dead air is a major no-no in the journalism biz, but you're right about that packs. They also have a ton of music playing then dead air follows today so i wonder if the producer sucks or if they're letting some summer interns learn.

He is good at teasing the next segments as they go to commercial, but he is a prick.

I'm just excited for his gambling picks because he supposedly takes them seriously and was terrible with it last year.

His staff is hilarious, he is witty, and is the best interview for entertainment purposes out there IMO.

I was sick at home two years ago and watching his show and decided to call in and actually got through. I talked to him for about 10 seconds to just point something out to him that he was wrong about and then he hung up on me. People who have problems ever admitting they are wrong are just retarded (looks in Jsenses direction.)

He's raped UVA on more than one occasion.

I Cant stand him. He's a pretentious bandwagon hopping asshole. He gives these "opinions" that reek of "I can't see how you morons miss things that are sooooo obvious to us intelligent radio folks". When he's right he brags about it for years. When he's wrong he won't talk about it anymore. The worst part is when he talks about sports he knows NOTHING about, like soccer.

Now I LOVE listening to the SVP show. He's hilarious and self depreciating and unlike cowherd he loves that he's LIKE his general audience, not ABOVE it. I download his show daily to listen to while I work out or drive.

And pat I can easily admit when I'm wrong if you can PROVE to me I'm wrong. Simply telling me "you're wrong" because my opinion isn't the same as yours or the general consensus doesn't make me wrong. Learn the difference.
