Which version of the Massey Rating do we use; the one that factors in margin of victory or not?

for the part of massey we use for our bcs we dont use margin of victory per se
these are the categories which go into the power rating which is the rank that we use
Power = estimated team strength going forward (used to make predictions)
Offense = ability to score points
Defense = ability to prevent the opponent from scoring
HA = estimated home advantage
SchP = strength of schedule for games played so far
SchF = strength of schedule for all games, including those currently scheduled
so, in effect by using the offensive and defensive rating, you can say there is an element of margin of victory but not really
we then plug that into a formula with the straight SOS for our own NDL computer ranking

We should look in to whether or not we can use his formula that includes MOV. With the 35-point cap, it isn't like the result would be ruined by 59-3 blowouts.

if this was outlined it'd probably mean late scores to win by 35 instead of kneeling.
Yes it'd be affected in CR's, but i think i see the debate Noley wants to avoid
