Team News Article (Help Please)

I need some help, I tried yesterday to post an article and then I have tried this morning, but for some reason it is not posting.
When I have filled out everything and I go to hit the save button it comes up: "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error", "The website page can not be displayed".
Now I thought that this might just be because the computer I was using. Last night I tried at my house and today I tried doing it from my work computer at work and still the exact same thing.
Any thoughts or reasons why this is happening?
