I did my sister a favor and picked up my little niece from pre-school then took her to my sister's mother in law. I'm driving home no more than 5 minutes after I dropped her off and some jackass hits me from behind.

Nothing major, barely even felt it. It's good to see his pansy ass Mitsubish Galant was no match for my badass Dodge Charger.

Florida is a no fault state.

Everyone files their own insurance and they fight out who pays and all that good stuff.

Being he has no insurance, Shel will file with his insurance, pay a deductible and probably get nothing at all from this fucker unless he goes to court.

What really fucked me is, we get out of the car, and teh dude tells me when can file a claim OR he knows a guy who can fix my car and he'll foot the bill. So, I ask him if he has insurance. He says YES, so of course, i call 911 and file a claim. But it turns out, he doesn't. Had the fucker just flat out told me he didn't have any, then the filing a claim is virtually pointless and I could have at least given him a chance to pay for it.
