Are there any other "same week NDL rivalries"... for example Ohio St-Mich is always last week of season in real life. I know we have a lot of rivalry games where coaches play EVERY season, but any others that play the same week each season?

reason i ask is that NC St and UConn have played in Week1 for as long as i've been at UConn. Even tho it takes me 5 weeks to get Holmey to play the game, i think its a cool tradition we have and i was wondering if anyone else did something similar

you should just consider it a week 6 game

thats why i always made sure we played week 1, i was always fearful if i scheduled him any later i wouldnt get the game in

Priest and I have played one of the longest running games in the NDL, if not THE longest.

Always fun to play your boys whenever you can and keep those lifetime contracts alive.

but SAME WEEK rivalries... there are a ton of guys who play every season... i'm trying to see if anyone else always plays the same week every season

Doc and I have a 4 -5 season Week 1 Rivalry going on. This year Im gettign my ass handed to me being that he is Tenn and I am Indiana.

Tig and I have a 4-5 season Rivalry going on as well. I think all but 1 season it was week 2. These are games I always look forward to playing and always am glad that they are over at the end.

These guys know me so well that its always a good game.

very very cool. thats what i was lookin for. Doc and i play every yr too, one of my favorite games always.

doc has smoked me everytime i've played him.

...basically when i get an IM saying, "hey wanna play?" i run for the hills

Weiser and I used to play as both coaching rivals and team rivals back in our MAC days as Toledo and Bowling Green. That was usually the game I looked forward to most every year, as it was the last conference game of the season and usually had conference implications as well, a la UM-OSU. Since then we've both gone to new schools and have scheduled week 1 Cincy and Michigan State every season thus far

I have rivalrys against coaches I try to keep alive.. but they are not always played the same week.. Just dont stay at one school long enough..

Then for a while there was Corey but he dumped our contract after 3 seasons.

I don't have the week thing but I now have 2 lifetime contracts.
