An iphone app would be difficult to make.

The reason that I state that is, if you get an app approved for the Apple Store, they supposedly guarantee you like 50,000 downloads and being that ours would be for such a niche crowd, I am not sure they would approve something like that.

That, along with the WatchESPN app if that is still Iphone only, may be the only thing keeping me from going away from this awful Iphone I have.

shel, which phone do you have again? I have the 3GS and I have had zero issues. It works flawlessly for me.
That is why I haven't upgraded to the 4 yet. Just not worth the cost for me since this one works fine.
If you have the applecare warranty, take it in.

And I wish I could use the WatchESPN app, but DirecTV is not on the list.

But man, there's like 2 guys I work with who have a 3G. And I'm not joking when I tell you they can fire up an app, say Facebook, load the app, check there status, make a comment, and my FB still hasn't even loaded yet. And I'm not honestly not even exaggerating that.

To make matters worse, I dropped the dumb thing and shattered the end of the screen and had one big crack across the screen, which wasn't THAT horrible. But since the one crack came, a bunch of others keep growing. But I don't wanna spend money to fix it cause I don't wanna put money into this dumb phone.

This phone worked perfectly fine until the 4 came out and had that Itunes update shortly after. Since then, I don't even bother much with using most apps since it all takes so ridiculously long to do, soooo sloooooow.


Had I known obviously that the 3G would eventually add the multi-tasking, I woulda spent the extra $100 on it. When I bought the 3G, the only difference really was that it had less space to save shit, which isn't something that bothered me.

Ah well, win some lose some. Bring on the Droid X2...maybe lol.

Try using a blackberry for a week and you will never say a bad word about an iphone again. The app selection is miserable on the blackberry. I have 7 months left on my contract and then I'm immediately getting an iphone.

im high as fuck and got this. he said that app is keeping him with iphone, indicating he didnt know another company had. Untouchable says the app is on Android, Shel now realizes a new phone has it, and now may consider switching, point Android if he does.

Never thought I'd see a high nick completely getting what I'm saying and not niddler. But what does that say about me though?

And niddler, almost everyone tells me how great their iPhone is. But mine is the complete opposite of everyone else's, it's horrible.

Right now, it's just really hard for me to justify getting the iPhone 5 when it comes out. Like, if u bought a 2011 ford explorer and everyone talks about how great it is, but your truck does nothing but give u tons of trouble almost the entire time u have it, would u buy another explorer 4 years later when you're ready for a new vehicle? Same concept really.

I'm just trying to last until December and my contract going up. iPhone 5 still isn't completely out, but I'm certainly wanting a Droid as of right now.

My android (htc sense) is horrible. I cant stand it. I ve even tried to swaggle my way to a new phone at the store but each time they sniff me out (I cant lie worth a crap). My contract is up in August, the wife could get one now if she wanted. We both are happy at all with these phones. They're no where near the droid x, or 2. Shel scares me with his iphone story, but then I talk to my brother who lives in Virginia Beach and he loves his as do most of the people who have the 4 at work now. I just want a phone that dont show a missed call 4hrs later or a voicemail that is 4hrs late. Its very slow too. Takes forever to load up shit and what not. We do pay a pretty penny for our phones is it too much to ask that they just work right.

Nothing to see here just ranting about my shitty phone.

Just puzzles me why you would not have went to apple or att complaining. Hey, everyone else tells me how great their phone is and mine sucks...
I just have 3 friends now that left iphone, went to android and just came back to the iphone.

if you updated the iOS, it speeds the 3G up well...mine was laggy, until I did that.

Thats a great phone, Have had it since the day it came out. But now am close to a upgrade and prolly gonna go with the Curve. But guy @ Verizon said they have 15+ new phones due out in July. So hold those thoughts !
