Massey question

Not a huge deal but just was looking at the Conference ranks and noticed that some of the schools that changed conferences were not updated.
The one I looked at was Pac 12 - says only 10 teams in confernce, is not including Colorado, Utah

he probably hasnt updated conference affiliations yet as he will not run a version for BCS until later.

did we ever figure out what was happening with this?
would the messed up conferences have any effect on the ratings put out by Massey or does it just mess up the conference ratings?

just conf ratings
non of the massey components include conf strength or weakness
