had a long lanky swing in that video.

once he gets that batspeed up, i think he's gonna be pretty solid.

he's a 20/65 type prospect imo.... i like his gap potential, but his speed leaves alot to be desired.

Takes him a lot to get going with those long skinny legs. Sort of like a giraffe but that presence alone on the mound and dual ability with the bat, Id give him a 35/70 potential.

Not to mention the Alves bloodline for athletic ability.

Pros- size, patience, power, good arm, Alves DNA
Cons- slow, lanky, durability concerns

I like where he is going. Now we need to see some little Alves videos.

shit i thought i was being generous.

20/65 at 12 is basically 'wonder boy' status

Mine are in 3rd and 2nd grade. The youngest starts kindergarten next year. My oldest reminded me that he'll be driving in 7 years. My daughter says she'll need a cellphone in 4 years when she's 12. I'll need industrial grade prozac and anti-anxiety medication well before that.

Shoot my 6 year old told me she needs a phone and a tablet for her birthday or christmas, 10 year old son has two computers in his room (one desktop, one labtop (my hand me down), but at least he still likes superheroes and fun. The kid is beast, but doesn't like sports. :(

my youngest (4) is just where is suppose to be. Daddy's little girl. I can be just sitting on the couch and she will come up and kiss me on the arm and says "I love you daddy"

But both of my girls already know that they are going to an all girls boarding school for their teens. I dealing with that shit.
