Folks, I am at my end of my wits with my PS3. I can not get NCAA update 1.20 to complete. I keep getting kicked off since Thurs. I have tried to hard wire and wireless, nothing works. I get to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7% and then get an 807...23 error. I have successful internet connections and it locates my IP Address, but fails at Playstation network. I get signed in, start the update and then get kicked offline.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you want, PM me and I can send you my phone number.

I am also having this problem. I think I've gotten up to about 30% at best on my 1.20 update.

I've also gone the wired route and haven't had much luck either. Maybe someday I will be able to play an NDL game again...

I don't know the answer.

Did you try calling Sony? Not that they're very helpful when you call them, just curious though.

Hey..i have this problem all the time when logging into hotel networks.

The trick is to run thought hte connection test like normal. IT WILL FAIL.

then go launch your PS3 browser. it should resolve all the resst of the connection settings. In hotels typically thats where you enter the used id and passworf to log in. etc.

some time it just takes you hitting the web wioth your browser to force its way out....GL

It worked. I let it sit for about and hour on connected. then I signed in and it finally worked.

this also happened to me. i just kept trying quickly back to back and finally i snuck it in before it booted me from PSN

I still am unable to download this update. I am starting to fear early retirement.
