So, so far we've had
Tuesday - Tulane to Big East for everything.
East Carolina to BE for just football (but hopes rest of sports go). Grand Canyon joins the WAC.
- If you want a good laugh, here is the future lineup of the WAC - Grand Canyon, Cal State Bakersfield, Idaho, New Mexico State, Seattle, Utah Valley
Wednesday - Louisville to ACC for everything.
Middle Tennessee leaves Sun Belt for C-USA.
Who wants to guess on the next move?

Word is that Sun Belt's choices for replacements are Georgia Southern, Appalachian State or Sam Houston State.

Looking at this picture, it just hurts... I'm not, or really ever have been, a Big East fan.. But this is just bad.

I blame the Big Ten, they started this whole idea back in 2010.

I hate seeing UC get left out. It has been a frequently talked about scenario on local radio, that it could go down like this.

ACC snagged Louisville?? I was hoping the Big Ten would go after them and try to get to 16 teams. The Big East might as well call it quits. Its going to have more new teams next year than existing teams. Since Conf USA has USA in their name, they should take the Big East and all stragglers.

I think the NDL should be progressive and institute all re-alignments next season.
Rutgers wants a schedule where they don't have to win any conference games in the Big Ten.
Make this happen guys (NDL:Florida, I'm looking at you).

I think Big Ten should invite Cincinnatti, but OSU will vote that down because they don't want to compete with another in state school for recruiting.

Cincinnatti doesnt fit the academic criteria. School Presidents still have to approve each school and that is why Missouri never got an invite.

The Big Ten will not be adding schools located in a state that already has a Big Ten school unless it's Notre Dame. They're all about "expanding the footprint" right now. Notre Dame can do that with it's national following.

i always thought Kansas was a good big 10 fit. they are an AAU school, strong basketball, new state for them
UConn would have trouble as they aren't AAU which i never understood given strong academics

Kansas offers no significant TV markets. You only add Kansas if you want to reduce the average payout each school gets.

Kansas City with the better TV deal would be in Missouri and not Kansas, correct?
