Coaches,

First of all I would like to welcome you all to the Champ Peon League. It is taken from "Champions League" and "Peon" which is who we are for this league. You know, the little guys that get crapped on all the time. WELL NOT ANYMORE! This league is for those die hards that can't get enough football even after a third of the league has "retired" til next season. I appreciate all of you for participating and hope this league will be fun for each of you. Remember it is not all about winning or losing, it is about playing the game. Yes, I know Coach Dungy "you play to win the game".....In the next couple of weeks I will be posting some info but any questions you may have, feel free to ask me. I am currently working on a 28 team preview. I would like each of you to send me a message for your coaching profiles. This wold include anything about yourself like family, employment, hobbies, favorite sports teams, etc. Also I would like your playing styles on both sides of the ball. Please get this to me asap or I will just make up some shit . I will send out more "memo's" throughout the season but let's have fun guys and if you have headsets, use them if all possible.

Just a heads up what's coming this week:

1. conference schedules completed Monday
2. full schedules completed Tuesday
3. CPL Preseason All-Champ Teams announced Wednesday
4. 28 team preview due out Friday
5. Coaches profiles and homes coming soon
6. league opens mid to late next week

12 of 28 profiles in. Once all is in then I will post the profiles with added 'material'

All-Champ Teams have been posted and Power 28. Conference previews coming tomorrow or Thursday.

I'm kind of tempted not to send one, just to see what kind of crap you come up with......

Coaches,

The conference preview is being currently worked on and should be out tomorrow evening. I will also have a breakdown of units for each team (tonight) and each team's top players. Still working on ndl2 with regards to stats. Hope you guys have enjoyed the Power 28 and all-Champ teams. Coming soon is coaching profiles and Road Trips. This league only works with your participation, so I am hoping with this prelude heightens the excitement. And keep those profiles coming.

You definitely have the excitement high. I can't wait to start this thing. I just hope I don't get all my games in too soon and have to wait for the end. lol.

Hope you guys have enjoyed the previews. I have 18 profiles so will be working on them throughout the weekend. God help our kids cause as we have alot of educators that play video games. I will open up the season next week. Just getting ndl2 site 100% complete. You guys will make this league fun and successful. You guys dictate the pace. I will open all weeks except last three so gives everyone leeway on who and when to play. We have 28 great coaches that should make this fun. More info to come. Those 10 coaches witout profiles, just a reminder to get those in or you will get an unflattering pic and description of who you really are.

Coaches,

The NDL2 site is ready to go. I will open up weeks 1-15 on Wednesday Jan 16, 2013. I would suggest you start looking at your opponents and arranging times available. Please do this in PM so that it doesn't clog up the forum threads.

Here is a breakdown of stats to record:
Team: score, totoff, passing, rushing, totdef, pa, ra, sacks, to's, int, fum
Individual:
Passing comp, attempts, yards, tds, ints
Rushing attempts, yards, tds
Receiving catches, yards, tds
Defense sacks, int, ff, fr, dtd, sptd(special teams)

We will be following the NDL guidelines and rules. Setup is 7min AA. Live weather.

Any issues you can PM but remember to try and work things out first with your opponent. Let's just have fun!

you schedule your games via PM on the boards. I would just have your schedule handy and pm everyone on your schedule to make first contact and go from there.

Any word on memo's?
