They are open. They close on the 24th at 12pm.

For anyone that forgot or is new:
Go to the NDL2 site:
http://www.onlinedynasty.net
If you are not logged in, log in.
Click on the FORMS Link and then the POLL VOTING link as highlighted in
yellow in the screen shot below.
You can change the style to DROP MENU VOTING if you click on that link as well once you get to the actual poll voting screen.
Also, as a reminder, when you log into this site, if polls are open, you will see the little football on the top left of the screen lit up.
If you mouse over it, it tells you Poll Voting Is Open.
Verification
Once you have completed voting, go back like you are going to do it again and if it took your votes, you will see the message:
You Have Already Voted in This Poll
