AAC's Post Season Hopes

Bowl season is closing in on us at last. Time to take a look at the AAC and see who is in and who is out. With #1 Louisville still atop the polls and looking at an undefeated record they should be filling the BCS National Championship slot. Some lucky breaks will be needed for another AAC team to be able to sneak into the BCS Bowl picture if Louisville does get the invite. The Russell Athletic, Belk, New Era Pinstripe, BBVA Compass, and Beef O' Brady will all be looking for AAC participants but the real problem may become eligibility on the conferences part.
Currently there are 8 teams that could pooosibly make it to the bowl season. Realistically the AAC should expect to send five teams to the post season, but with the lack of teams playing this season maybe a couple of the other three could sneak in. Here's how it looks for now:
IN LIKE FLYNN

#1 Louisville 10-0 (6-0). Two games remaining: @ Houston, Cincy
Definitely going bowling, but right now the Cardinals sights are set on the NC game. Houston should be able to give them somewhat of a game but there doesn't really appear to be any challengers left on the schedule to knock them out of contention.
SHOULD BE THERE

#23 Rutgers 5-2 (2-2). Five games remaining: As it stands now 2 wins & 3 coin tosses
Has been actively scheduling for four games. Needs only one win to make bowl eligible but should pick more than that up.

Southern Methodist 4-2 (0-2). Six games remaining: As it stands now 4 wins & 2 coin tosses
Scheduling attempts have and are being made. Looks like one game is scheduled to be played and the rest should pretty well be sim wins.
NOT IN, BUT....

#19 Connecticut 5-2 (3-1). Five games remaining: As it stands now 1 loss & 4 coin tosses
Needs at least one more win to make them bowl eligible. Just scheduling in the threads should lock that up but we'll see.
SLIM, BUT LIKE BEIBER SAYS "NEVER SAY NEVER"

Houston 4-4 (4-0). Four games remaining: As it stands now 2 losses & 2 coin tosses
Not looking to good to be honest. Needs a minimum of two more wins....

Central Florida 1-3 (1-1). Eight games remaining: As it stands now 4 wins & 4 coin tosses
Effort is being made by the coach. It's going to come down to those coin tosses though.

Temple 2-4 (2-2). Six games remaining: As it stands now 2 wins & 4 coin tosses
Luck of the draw on coin tosses will be the determining factor for the Owls.

Memphis 3-4 (1-3). Five games remaining: As it stands now 2 losses & 3 coin tosses
Iffy, verrrrrry iffy
YOU'RE OUTTA HERE

Cincinnati 1-6 (1-2). Five games remaining: As it stands now 3 losses & 2 coin tosses
Has to win out. It's not going to happen.

South Florida 1-11 (0-8). Games complete.
Losing record guarantee's no off season play
