i have noticed a few teams over the roster limits. is there no limit on the number now?

We have never really monitored it as well as we should as i believe the limit for players in organization is like 154 or something plus your IC guys

And that doesn't count DL, which I think I have 3 or 4, so I was about 3 or 4 players over coming into today, with yesterday being the first time I even had a chance to do anything about it post draft.

I never get close to that number as i go thru and cut all 20/20 guys with shit attitudes to at least not piss off the guys who have a chance. I mostly just hate seeing a bunch of bums in the way
