I feel like there's only 2 of these in the entire league, Carlos Ramos and Joseph Sexton.

juro motsuzuki, andres ortiz are up there.
vicente serrano isn't bad, mike wright is the CF form of Sumita
nick doesn't have major issues at CF but if he did he could bring up Cuevas and he'd be top 10 CF instantly most likely.

I think the idea of some of the replies here are that there are very few of what you want, so it's probably in your best interest to proactively seek out the owners of the couple of players you're interested in, and you'd get quicker results that way.
If it's like Washington's trade block where he's just looking for a 40 rated SP, it's probably best to post and hope people come to you. But when your ask is narrow and only a handful of players fit the description, I think you're better served going to those owners to initiate the deal.
