Obviously wouldn't take this as 100% the answer, but here's a WaPo stimulus calculator.
I input $500k as the income with 2 children, and it said I'd get nothing back, so according to that the $500 per child goes along similar as the $1200.
you posted someones article who was "wrong".. then you posted a second article which he now claims to be "right".. how do I know hes right on the 2nd one? How does he even know if he blew the first projection off by as much as he did?
I'll wait and let the results from the real world decide how I feel.
My fav theory now, which i used to believe in like 3 weeks ago.. was "oh people already had it".. ya by coincidence everywhere in the US who got infected were all low symptom patients.. they didnt need ventilators or hospitals. This sudden spike in hospitals and ICUs being overrun with the current confirmed rate is mere coincidence.. ..
BTW im not doom and gloom. I keep posting about the US and I dont even live there. Just trying to keep you guys informed cause some of you seem to think it's nothing still..

Ok, but just know that when the projections were scaled back, you took this route.
When the projections were doom and gloom, you were all over it and aboard the "world is ending" bandwagon.

Trump took over a barren medical supply shelf and he's done an incredible job, a very incredible job of making it bigger, maybe the biggest ever... Who was it that said it was only a matter of time before he would start taking credit for stuff ?

Thats all he does.
Everybody talks about South Korea, South Korea... They're a great ally, but we did it better, maybe the best job ever. Really strengthening those foreign relations
Nate Silver, the dude from 538, spoke to a bunch of experts who say the actual number of cases is likely 10x higher than currently.
If true it makes COVID mortality rate right in line with the flu but the obvious issue still being slowing it down as even if it's "just the flu" we're not equipped to fight 2 flus essentially.

This is where Trump is going with trying to get people back to work. Downgrading the severity.

Again, the media is word smithing it to make it so when this is all over, New York will come out on top! #NewYorkStrong
I mean, they are getting the worst of it by far in the US. Not sure it's just a media thing.
