My son has wanted to be a pilot since his grandpa gave him microsoft flight sim when he was 6 or so. Today I got to go up with him. Here are some videos of the touch and goes he was doing

Today the boy conducts his first solo flight. It'll just be patern work with touch and go's for an hour or so.

It got postponed They lost his flight physical and he needs to get another one sent from the FAA. Can't wait till he gets fully licensed and can rent an aircraft and take us up with him

Jace finally got in his solo flight! The spousal unit and myself did not know it was happening today, which is a good thing as we both would have been a nervous wreck. Now it's onto cross country flights.

Today is supposed to be the day. After multiple weather cancellations, aircraft maintenance and instructor not available, Jace finally gets to do his cross country solo flight today
