OOTP Unpopular Opinions

Immersion Topic of the today, what are your unpopular opinions? It has to be something actually unpopular and not like “I think defense is underrated”
Mine is I love injuries and I think we should increase the frequency they happen.

Getting like 3 injuries a year is lame, not realistic, doesn’t allow organizational depth to show and hurts league competitiveness

There's gotta be a give and take though with injuries. I get your point but adding more injuries could hurt the league in terms of interest to even play the game. You get a team that gets decimated by injuries, how much interest do you think they will have going forward for that season? My guess is pretty low. Couple that with how quickly a guy will go from Durable to Normal to Fragile to Wrecked with some "minor" injuries in this game also lends to keeping it the way it is now.

I'd agree that they don't have to be like real life where 13 guys can be on the DL at one time out of your 26 man, but I feel we need a middle ground.
The amount, or lack of, injuries is just lame. Depth is mostly a complete non-issue.

I hate when we switch versions of the game
I also not a fan of people being able to make stadium modifications aside from adding seats

team we need more injuries here.... for the reasons Qazhby said
i think its the biggest flaw in the league by quite a bit and i've lost more franchise players to career ending/shortening injuries than probably anyone.

This is actually a great take tbh- I do agree that guys go from normal to wrecked way too fast. Also the thing about injuries making guys lose injuries is true too, but I feel the opposite can happen as well. Top teams lose guys and then theres more opportunity for people to sneak into the playoffs or even win a title.

Maybe this isn't that unpopular here but other leagues people love more minors as it's more lottery tickets basically. I fucking love less minor leagues. I get to know the players better and feel way more engaged with it at 5 minor leagues vs 7 or8.
