I propose we force retire players that sit in FA for 2 full seasons. Ryan, I would suggest duplicating the file if this passes and run a couple of seasons just to see how this affects the leagues talent.

what about minor league guys?

So we would retire a lot of guys that fill the minors though

Ya honestly, with ghost players off now and I had a quick peak a few days ago and it looked like only 15-20 green dudes sitting in FA. I think we're trending in the right direction.

A bit of a side note. I do delete players who are over 24 and 20/20 by OSA just to trim down the file. It's usually like 50-75 guys every year but it helps.

I voted NO as there was no reason given to why we should do it.

This is where Ryan would have to see what it does to the talent level over a decade. It may open up better IFA's or College kids. I don't know, but guys just sitting there for years on end has to have some affect on the pool of players
