So apparently the default is $2.5M and we are way off base with the cap. I'd like to hone it in a bit and max taxing when you go over the cap come a little sooner. Not a huge change honestly but a small step to help the excess cash flow (though that is slowly working itself out nicely).

This should bring player asks down as well as they are a % of the cap. Hopefully no more low 40s potential guys asking you for $11M.
