No = KEEP at 28

33 is chosen as it's halfway between 26 and 40.

For those with an even number OCD (myself included), 32/34 are also acceptable to debate if Yes wins.

What are the disadvantages of raising it?
Why would people vote no?

I agree George as I voted no, but I wanted to see why others voted no.

Here's a reason for a no. You can promote guys that aren't ready, put them on the bench, and not play them. BUT, their morale will increase thus increasing their chances of developing. Quite a useful trick for angry dudes who think they are better than they are. Reason #2: It discounts AAA championships, not that anyone cares about those lol
