So we just got disconnected as my game tying field goal was going to go through the uprights and send the game into overtime...we then did 1 min quarters and just kneeled to get it into OT...was curious if we can do anything about our stats that we lost or do we bother with that?

i got an idea. EA sucks.

they dont care anymore about last years game

switch home teams. one of you might have a heavy duty firewall thats being gay and not letting other people in.

I have a question...lets say im playing a game and we get disconnected about mid-way through the 2nd quarter...The team Im playing is alot better then me, but Im hanging with them..because the 1st play of the game their star RB gets hurt...then early in the 2nd his stud FB gets hurt...both are out for the game...Here I actually have a chance at the upset..but we get disconnected, so we decide to play like 3---7 minute quarters......So he gets his RB and FB back and just punishes me with them two guys.
Would it have been wrong of me to ask him to take them 2 guys out or what?

okay also since our game went into 3 OT's I do have those stats, so should I add my regular game averages to that? or just do it all as one?

on the HB/FB injury, i don't think it would have been wrong of you to ask him, but I'm not sure on the policy for that

the fact that they were both injured must have caused an in game paradox resulting in said disconnect or game freeze...

Whats is a FB? I do not know of this? Were you playing american football or rugby?

although me and UNLV have had some serious lag issues and what not.

d/c seemed to be happening more lately which I think are more server related. There have been guys that I've scrimmaged quite a few times but within the last couple weeks we wouldn't stay connected. Both have run the DMZ and I am wired opposed to wireless. We would get through a couple quarters then nothing. I think Oregon and I restarted our week 3 game about 5 times. Finally it worked a few days later of trying. We agreed each time to just start from scratch, even after getting through 3 quarters both having a lead at times. Luckily we both enjoy playing each other and didn't mind restarting the game each time. I agree with a.j. and that EA is just not interested in "keeping up" with the 2009 game servers.

As far a game d/c go, I think as long as the two guys can work something out, it should be fine. If you have concerns (e.g. the injuries, time left, playbooks, etc.) then make sure to speak up about it before you restart or continue a game so there isn't any animosity afterward.

my opinion on injured players/restarts.

If the choice by both parties is to restart, then injuries are out the window. Can't have it both ways.

But if you are only replaying the quarters missed then by all means I think the injured players shouldnt be in the game.

Correct, just add them to the averages.

worst experience EVER with a game disconnect three time I think. I will NEVER piece a game together again. Two choices for any remaining opponents: Either choose another time to restart the game entirely OR I will give you the win and we can just sim out the stats.

I do not understand why EA continues to put this crap online if they cannot do it right.
