1) Coaches report? I click on the link on the left and i get to site, login, and then it comes up with blank images and it says empty week next to it for all the weeks. What's up? I turned off pop-up blocker like it said. Also what do these entail, is it like a scouting report or just a grade?

1 - User Control Panel
2 - Profile (under the options heading)
3 - Edit avatar
4 - Next to local gallery, click display gallery

I can't help you any with the blank coach reports. One of the admins can you help you with that. The grading is based on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best). Basically its ask you to grade on how well someone varies their calls, follows the rules, and plays realistically. That last one can be tough to judge since people have different ideas of how realism is deemed. Some can probably give you a better description of how it works.

Cool thing is at the end of the season you get a grade showing how people graded you and hopefully some comments on what you did good and what you should look to improve on. Leaving a comment for every game isn't necessary, but its useful in letting guys know what you thought of their play (comments are anonymous).
