i tried getting on the info Bernie gave me and it said i couldnt sign in under someone else's account

Worked for me. Did you create a new name on your PS3? Then when it asks you if this a new account or an existing one you choose existing and then enter bernies info.

Question, can i now get it from crowes or do i have to download from an original buyer?

You have to Download it from the original buyer. If you get on Crowes account it wont show up in his ps3 store. Only Bernie's
