Buffalo again?! AJ, Nole ... check the goddamn votes. I've received votes virtually every week for four or five seasons now despite going something like 18-40; excepting, of course, the one public vote. This shit pisses me off because we should count these asses as NO VOTE.

Curious to see if they put buffalo at bottom of voting list, if he would get any votes. i bet guys are just going down from a-whatever. i think it blows if that is what is happening.

Is Buffalo right near another really good team that starts with a "B", that could be a simple mistake where someone is just one off every few weeks and Bobby Trendy gets some top 25 votes?

Virtually every week? One time two seasons ago, I was 2-4 or something like that and was basically 30th. Maybe I am overreacting, but I think it is bullshit. I am one of the worst voters in this league with regards to actually submitting votes (probably like 50% of the time, sadly). However, when I do vote, I do it carefully.

To me, this isn't some bullshit like voting in the ESPN Fan Poll. My vote is impacting the entertainment value for a lot of guys who put a lot of time into this league.

True story right there. Perhaps, someone in this league just hearts you and wants you to feel special. I would start with Nick and Doley and see where the crumbs lead from there.

While not me, I do find your reactions absolutely hilarious. I personally don't put a lot of effort into who I choose in the polls, but do consider who I put where, such as Nebraska in the low teens.

We at Temple feel we may be partially to blame for this issue...

see, if you check even further down the list of teams getting votes, you'll see the Temple Owls. So by the 0-4 Owls receiving votes it only makes sense that the Bulls would get more votes since they beat the Owls...right

This is nothing new. I think I brought this up last year about someone(s) not voting seriously. Some people vote from A to as far as they go. Some people always vote for teams that have losing records. It is a joke. I wonder what it would be like if we showed every poll, just like they talked about with the coach's poll in real life. I know that is not to be expected from the NDL, but it could be a way to police it.

20 points, that could be 1 6th place vote as well, correct? Maybe you are only looking for 1 culprit?

well the admin can see them so b/s polls shouldn't be counted

we cant police everything. People can vote how they want, and we will NOT be making an issue of this yet AGAIN.

along these lines, whats next? we start publishing who people vote for every week and invariably there will be an argument about "i cant believe you did this or that"......

in the end 1 or 2 guys voting crazy wont affect a thing.

If it is the same coaches over and over again, than I believe it would be an issue due to the time put into the polls. That is like someone doing a recap like "I lost, he won, ea sucks balls" and getting full credit. Just saying and honestly I just wanted to do all my recaps that way cause its true!

I am amused you think guys doing one liners in their recaps or partial stats get full credit, or have got full credit for many seasons now. I promise we know whats what. No cause for concern

In the preseason poll I vote for the first 25 teams in the list. Unfortunately, I think you are in that list Trendon. From then on I sort by records in leaguedaddy and vote for the best 25 records. I don't start taking voting serious until later in the season when guys have enough games under their belt that we can really make informed decisions.

i voted buffalo number 1 every week so each year when i beat him it makes my win look more impressive

Vote how ya want, but for preseason voting, I take whatever EA says is the top 25 and put it as my top 25 everytime. Other than that, week to week I use the voting aid.

I want my coach score redone for the past eight seasons. I have missed about 50% of the votes. However, since it appears I spend more time on my polls than most everyone, I should receive retroactive credit for doing 100% of them.
