They only good thing that I got from Socom appears to have died. I can't get it to turn on or respond to being charged. I will try again. If it doesn't work, I'll order a new one but you'll be without quotes for a while.

Go get a 24.99 logitech headset from game stop. The Vantage I believe it is called. Its wired and it never needs charging. Its the best one out there

wired sucks anymore IMO.
they work just fine, but something about the freedom of a blue tooth and the mute feature. That said, people who use bluetooth for their cell phones are teh ghey...........
unlike us cool guys who use them for video games

I understand the freedom thing AJ.
The thing about the wired though is the sound quality is straight tits. Its amazing.
There are 2 major disadvantages in my eyes with Blue tooth.
1. They have to be charged. I never have to charge my mic.
2. Sound quality. People hear me perfect, and I hear others like they are in the same room as me.

I'm gonna have to get a new headset soon too. The mic on mine works fine (as far as I know), but the earpiece speaker is dead. I have to set my audio output to the TV speaker and that makes it difficult for me to hear people sometimes. I've thought about going wired too, just because of what Dolemite mentioned. But with three kids and two cats running around, that's just asking for something disastrous to happen.
