And as far as recruiting, the computer will recruit for you for those weeks, so not like your team gets no offers or anything out there.

And wasted, I understand and agree that you did always say you would advance early if all teams are done, so I apologize and understand.

These roughing the passer penalties are really starting to piss me off. I'm not even to halftime of my game right now and 4 have been called. I'm all for being realistic and having a challenge but this is overboard. I'm playing Nebraska so they don't even pass that much and 3 have been called against me. I know the next question... How many were on blitzes... answer.. 0. I haven't been blitzing on for sure passing downs to avoid this. On all 3 i've been in a zone with 4 guys rushing. On all 3 the ball is long gone and my lineman are running past the qb to catch up to the play and the qb falls forward 5 yards when he runs by and gets the call. I don't mind my good returns getting called back everytime due to holding because that happens all the time in real life, but these qb's flopping on me and then they score 2 plays later is driving me nuts. Rant done.. carry on.

Yes it has been like this every game. After it was all said and done there were a total of 7 called between the 2 teams. overall there were 12 penalties. I just get so pissed at stopping them on 3rd down outside of field goal range to have the penalty called and they get the 15 yards and a first down, which happened 3 times. Hence my blowout loss 38-13. Maybe its something i'm doing, but i'm not sure.

I'll lower it again. I'm pretty sure Niddler is still having issues with it as well. I'd have to look, I think currently it is set at 54 or 55 with the default being 50. I'll try bringing it down to 52.

I never really watched any replays till this started happening a lot, so i'm not sure if the qb falls down sometimes when lineman run by and its just not called at all at default level, but I can count on one hand how many times i've had a RTP penalty called against me when its on default. So i'm not sure whats going on. For all I know my qb is diving when their d-lineman run past me as well to get the call, but to me its a little excessive to have 7 called in one game. If you want to lower it that would be great but I don't want to be the sole reason for it. If everyone else wants to leave it i'm cool with it, maybe I just have bad luck.

Nah, I've never argued against you guys saying it's excessive. I get it called quite a bit too, except for that last game. And it is frustrating. In another OD I'm in my team actually leads the NCAA in penalties called and penalty yards and I can't figure out what in the world to do to stop it. On default I've never, ever, ever seen it called so I'd prefer not to set it there, maybe 51 is the setting to have, I don't know.

My whole thing is I'm tired of the games where we have everyone blowing out the CPU by at least 3 scores. It's fun to have a great game but it gets old when there's no challenge, ever. When you have guys asking to play all the top ranked teams for a tougher schedule and their still winning by 21.... (Houston...hint hint - j/k with you xLiQx). Anyway, the RTP slider isn't what's making the season tougher so I have no problem continuing to adjust that until we find a happy medium.
