Never took SAT, studied three hours for ACT (calculus stuff, cuz I'd never taken it) and got a 31 composite score

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you are wrong on this one, trendon. The sticker doesn't create probable cause. It creates a reason to pull someone over using a law, just like speeding or having a burnt out taillight. The cop says nothing about it creating probable cause.

I know things get crazy in these type threads but I agree here as I'm still not certain what laws are being broken.

Do you know what the 4th amendment is? I would say he thinks the cops are using the stickers to get around it, rather than letting the state do away with the sticker they want it to stay to make their jobs easier by creating probable cause.
