Was happy I was in everyones general range of 10-16...I did have 2 20's and one not even put me in the top 25. Overall it was an over- acheiving year for me, I'll take it.

Great season everyone. THose BCS game will be awesome.

I agree, but there still some yahoos in this league. Some of the choices are questionable. Whether they were an accident and meant to pick a team above or below what was actually, I don't know. But some of them make me wonder if things were done intentionally, maybe thinking they are being funny.

thedonkeysho ommitted Florida, who was #1 in everyones poll except 3 other users who had him at #2
Walker had Penn State at #1
Nickwadden and teewade had Buffalo at #24 and #25 respectively
tig5165 and pounddarock ranked 5 loss Florida State #7
Georgia was as high as 6 on 3 lists, but unranked on about half a dozen
the donkeysho and jense didn't feel Illinois was worthy of a ranking
quest4gold didn't rank Notre Dame
Darkshdar didn't rank 3 loss Oklahoma State, but had Nebraska, the team he beat #8
Nickwaden voted himself, Purdue, 25th. His only vote
LytesOut had South Carolina 17th, its only vote

The most screwed up voting though belongs to GT25Ump who had a few classics. Western Michigan at #8, one above Tennessee at #9, 3 MAC teams, 2 Sun Belt, 2 MWC, zero Big East.

Now THAT is some interesting stuff! Nice job on the homework!

I was going to post on the poll results but decided not to because I didn't want to rock the boat too much. But how do you leave off Florida completely, its not like it was an accident because the tam above and below wasn't selected

easy explanation for this...I voted BEFORE they played their game. Went on the assumption that dawgit was attempting more to get his game scheduled (think he had had close to 4 posts and walker had zero at the time)...also went off of the fact that FSU beat MIA earlier in the season....not my fault these guys were behind in getting their bowl games done by the deadline...I do my shit when the polls are available...sue me.

so 4-loss ACC Champs ranked #7 in my mind...and 3 of those losses to #1 florida, #6 GT, #11 UGA...after assuming they beat #5 Mia..that easily put them in top 10 for me...it's not like my votes were all over the place like some ;)

I think it's more pathetic that only 84 coaches voted...even if some were screwy.

I voted for Illinois.....wtf? I put them ahead of TCU!

I think the poll thing is screwing up. There were times where I would make a pick and I would click on the next selection, and my previous selection would suddenly CHANGE.

if you feel the #24 pick will have ANY affect on a BCS team, you're out of your mind. I'm aware of the pt system (25 for 1st down to 2 for 24th) so im sure the 2 pts or 1 pt i gave Trendon for fun really fucked over USC from making a BCS.

p.s who's Nickwaden?

im gonna go on the record and say if anyone judges my votes again and tells ME how to vote, then the #1 team will never get the #1 vote ever again. Mack Brown in the NCAA didnt even have like Oklahoma on his ballot or some shit, and ure crying about this. The teams that deserved the BCS got in.

it's funny, Uaww goes outta his way to post this, but he has Cal #1 instead of Florida who was #1 all season and never lost and even WON their SEC championship. so i mean before you complain about others make sure your voting is 100% correct next time. thanks.

Vote how ya want, Only certain things will be counted as a non vote ( for example just putting the top 25 in alpha order just to credit.) Some screwy stuff happens doesnt make any ones vote any worse or better than the other.

That's absolutely correct.....I would think most of us would be willing to explain why we voted a certain team/coach to a certain poll slot, if asked nicely. ;)
