Where is this at and will I ever get there since I cant ever to see to get out of the 20s rankings.
Also how can I rank up faster? Ive been trying different guns and doing challenges on those but I guess I actually have to kill 15-20 people a match to make a difference.

It replaces stopping power (it is in that perk group), I believe.
Unless I suck at counting, sentry guns do not count. Twice yesterday, something like this happened:
Five kills to get sentry gun. Killed someone while I was waiting for it to fall from the sky, put sentry gun and it killed two people immediately. Only after *I* killed a person did I get the bonus for 7 straight kills. Meanwhile, the sentry gun was killing people left and right and I still had to kill one more to get emergency drop.
