Wow, I really am a worn out whore because that blows my mind.

I hear ya and good initiative to get it going. Was just wondering where you were perusing. Try LD, it seems to be working for that Tradition league.

I still say a Facebook ad right before football season when college kids get into their dorms would boost some interest.

The Farm is going to be even more inundated with cheese.

Maybe skim some of the better LD leagues and cherry pick from there via email or AIM??

http://WWW.120COACHES.COM/PS3

Something that elaborates the 120 Im thinking
I like cnasty's idea.

www.120coachesps3.com

And as far as facebook, do we have a facebook account for this league, if not, do it up.
Get every single member to become a fan of it and watch it grow.

Facebook is a great resource to help spread the word.

What are you afraid of?

I am a fan of GLB on facebook...not like it has caused issues because of it.

Shit, I would welcome cheese. It would be better than the automatonic play I've been dealing with in the past three seasons. I'd kill for some play-action passes or, gasp, spread options. Anyway ...

Nole, I think you misunderstood what I meant. Do not underestimate the drawing power of making the front page of the league a blog or blog-like. Buy the domain, throw up a Wordpress blog (free) and voila. Every so often, post a quick story on "NCAA 11 rosters revealed!" and watch the hits pour in.

Before they went to EA Locker, I used to do the NHL rosters and I became fairly popular because I used real scouting reports (not bullshit-ass websites; I'm talking Red Line Report) to do the players. I'd get nearly 100,000 hits a month from September to December. ANd that is just NHL hockey; think NCAA.

You could literally only post stories about release, rosters, patches, and championships. A blog will get indexed 100,000 times faster than a forum will.

I got 2 links out on vertural boards, I put links up half way thru season 2 for the farm. We brought in about 10-11 new coaches for season 3, and I have 4 or 5 more with apps. put in. I just didnt see any point of bringing in new coaches to play 2-3 games. I'd say the is 1 or 2 more that are ndl ready...then there are guys that have no shot at moving up. But I do agree, we need to get the word out, or the farm could take a hit....then the ndl will be next 2 suffer.

Please do. I'd die for someone to run no-huddle, throw lobs, run reverses, spread whatever, fake kicks, etc. The last three games I've played, chronologically, have been so fucking boring that I spent the better part of the game reading a magazine or watching TV.

The only fun game I played was Nick and I blew a fucking 21 point lead. I also did something in my previous game that I am extremely proud of; I had more receptions (11) than YAC (10).

Funny how you keep going on about this and you claim I ran short passes all game, but your seriously mistaken. If I remember right, all you did was chuck it all game. If you were any good at that, people would bitch just like you do when you can't stop anyone.

My only suggestion name-wise is Leagueof120.com or Dynasty120.com If you want PS3 in there too, the Leagueof120PS3.com or PS3Dynasty120.com.

That's about all I have. Facebook isn't a bad idea, nor is EA, even with the cheese. We'd get a fair surge of users, even if they get butthurt/fired for failing to play a decent game. Youtube ad or something would be pretty dope too.

2 things.

1. you're a rookie you should appreciate the fact he told you the way you play.
2. I can 100000% back up his claim. I can promise you already don't get your hopes up for a good coaching report.

12 catches for 151 yards and 50 YAC.

I'll let the NDL judge.
