How Do You Install Mics On PS3?

You remmeber that blue tooth type we got with World @ War? Well I still use that. However I changed my PSN ID because I was tired of people knowing my full name, and now the mic won't work or even register.

Is there a step by step process? I unplug, check bluetooth portion, nothing is working.

the paper work with it tells you step by step. I dont have the exact steps with me or a ps3 either. I remember you have to go to the accessory menu to where it says scan for a bluetooth. You have to hold the powerbutton till the lights are flashing green then red green then red. It will pick it up. then you have to type an access key like 0000. Takes like 5 mins.
