Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package Details, Pricing
Upcoming map pack contains five maps total, two from Call of Duty 4.

March 14, 2010 - Details about Infinity Ward's upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 map pack, titled the Stimulus Package, have been posted on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace website. This download contains five maps in total, two of which appeared in the first Modern Warfare title.

This pack will be available to download on Xbox LIVE starting on March 30. PS3 and PC owners will have to wait a bit longer. No price for the content was listed.

Here are the map descriptions:

Bailout - a multi-level apartment complex

Storm - an open industrial park littered with heavy machinery

Salvage - a snowy junkyard fortified by stacked debris and crushed cars

Crash - a war-torn urban environment (CoD4)

Overgrown - features a massive dry creek bed (CoD4)

Update: Activision has confirmed the pack will cost 1200 Microsoft points ($14.99).

Bailout sounds like another version of Bloc from CoD4.

None of the weather maps work well, so I expect salvage to follow in the footsteps of derail and underpass.

Bailout could be like bloc, which would stink or could be like chinatown which would be awesome.

Crash is awesome and overgrown aint bad. we could probably start playing HQ again cause we still know the order of where they pop up on these 2.

Chinatown fucking sucked. Camp city.

Crash was great. Lots of different levels and different ways to play the map. Prob one of the best MW maps ever.

China town was a great map, not my favorite of the map pack ( broadcast by far). Chinatown is skidrow, which is growing on me.

I don't really see that. I have always liked Skidrow but I hated Chinatown. However, I will say that I only played Chinatown as a FFA. It sucked. It prob would be a lot better in a different mode. But, not capture the flag because every map sucks when it's capture the flag.

Loved broadcast as well. Another map that you can play it a lot of different ways. Overgrown really wasn't needed because of Wasteland. They are both wide open maps that are full of snipers.
