Now that season 18 has ended...

Post by TheRealDray »

I just want to say that season 18 was BY FAR the most enjoyable of this version of the game.

Did I have a good team? ehh, they are a b or b- so not bad.

The only difference was I did not change anything in the pregame or during the game. I didn't change to big run or protect the ball or any of that shit. Didn't even do play the pass once all season.

And it was so much more fun to play and even had much more success-surprisingly.

I wish I would have done this more earlier on-don't get me wrong I didn't do a lot of switching before, but would play the pass on 3rd and long, sometimes play tighter zone etc. I think I did protect the ball a couple of games.

I dont think it is wrong to do so, but just wish EA would not have these options even available. Use the ratings for what they are and not put the extra bs into the game.

Again, I enjoyed a great 3 seasons overall and personally this last non-adjusted season was really fun. Great job AJ, Nole, Mike and those who run this league better than any other out there.

Not wanting to get into big debate over what is right and wrong, just something that I noticed and was kind of shocked that my defense improved.

I enjoyed this version too. Except for the parts where my PS3 was imploding and my wife was being a stupid, spoiled whore.

This was a great 3 seasons even though I burnt out near the end of 18. I made one large mistake at the start of 17 but hopefully one day that will be forgotten. I can't wait til next years game when they add weather online.

I enjoyed it too. Sucks that ended up with a SIM. But we couldnt get our schedules worked out with his time zone and my travel. It was good run with Texas...kind of. I needed 10 wins to be able to try to keep them for next year so I doubt ill qualify.

Either way it was fun while it lasted. Great job to the admins mof making it what it was.

Sorry Luis....friggin time zones and schedules (and women) are a bitch. Loved playing a season with SC although I am pretty sure I wont have them in season 19 :(.

I had fun this season (16-18), but I discovered something. I enjoy playing with the non-bcs teams more than I do with the big boys and it isn't based on records either. It was fun finding the hidden gems on those type of teams.
