Last Meal

Post by Cnasty »

We brought this up in the random question thread but I think its worth its own topic and since Im damn hungry.

Lets say you were on death row and getting that last meal.

What would yours consist of?

For me:

The biggest, best steak from Smith and Wollensky's
2 huge ass lobster tails next to it.
Pile of garlic mash from Stonewood
2 chicken supreme chalupas from taco bell
2 slices of new york pizza with pepperoni
Fried ice cream from my local mexican joint
flan from my local cuban joint
Large ass sweet tea from chik fila

If Im going, im going out with a bang!!

The thing with me is I can not eat a lot because I had my stomach stapled so my meal will be large but I will only be having a bite or two from each thing lol

Jim's Cheesesteak from Philly (yes Jim's, not Pat's or Geno's)
Chickie and Pete Crab Fries with Cheese
My mom's Cranberry Chicken with mashed potatoes and corn
BBQ ribs from Sonnies in Georgia
and a Strawberry Milkshake

MMMMMM i am so hungry now!! lol

If I was on death row and given one last meal I would ask for a fortune cookie. "Come on 'long prosperous life!'"

Nasty, I could just imagine the disaster in your pants after you die and involuntarily shit yourself.

I'd go with Mom's Spaghetti and Meatballs and my Aunt's Shepard's Pie

I'd have to have my mom's homemade spicy chicken fettuccine alfredo (made from scratch noodles and sauce, gotta love a chef for a mom :D) and cheesy garlic bread.

To drink, Corey hit it on the head--a jug of Chik-fil-A sweet tea (which I'm drinking right now).

For dessert....a huuuuge ice-cream sundae from Graeters (best f'ing ice cream ever made, their "chips" are melted chocolate/pb/etc poured into the ice cream as it's churned to where it freezes into huge chunks and breaks up)--scoops of chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, peanut butter chip, heath bar, cookies and cream, and choc chip cookie dough, in a waffle cone bowl. I'm goin out stuffed and happy :D

two different things

a gravy is something that takes 4-6 hours to make. its cooked with meat (not to be confused with a meat sauce). its usually got some braciole (sp?), pork, sausage, meatballs.

a sauce is just veggies, oil, garlic, tomato and seasoning

if i'm just talking randomly on the subject, i usually say gravy b/c thats just what everyone says where i'm from

Edit2: Wait, I'm not so sure anymore. You get them both back temporarily.

BS

If its home made with the hours of preparation and has clumps, its gravy.

If its anything not made from home and jarred, its sauce and not worthy of the word gravy.

Veggies, beef, doesnt matter.
