How do they not pull Houston, TCU, Utah, BYU, Air Force, Tulsa, Boise, and Nevada together to make a "best of the rest" conference? Hell, they could go to 16 if they wanted to take some teams like SMU, Fresno, Troy, and some 16th school.
Couldn't you squeeze one BCS bid out of the NCAA for a conference like that?
that's what i was thinking. why not, with boise joining the MWC, have kansas, k-state, iowa state and baylor absorb the MWC under the Big 12 name? not sure how the bcs/conference tie ins go but wouldn't that then give tcu, utah, and boise the opportunity to cash in on an automatic bcs birth?
