I need some help
Now that the game has been out for 2 weeks i'm sure there is an online roster out there for you guys to download. I cant hook my PS3 up to a network so I cant download the roster. Can somebody copy that file to a thumbdrive and then email it to me at gwnicho@gmail.com so I dont have to play with position and number above my guys. I'd appreciate it fellas.

Bump for George.
I'd hook you up, but I don't have a flash drive.

Re: I need some help
Alright, I unzipped the file Luis sent me and it was in the correct format for the PS3 to identify. The PS3 and NCAA11 found the roster file but when I loaded the file all the names were still not showing up. It still looks like the game right out of the box. Can anyone tell me if I'm doing something wrong or email me another Roster file to gwnicho@gmail.com with detailed instructions on how to do it. Act as if I'm a 12 year old girl when it comes to electronics. Or can someone point me in the right direction to a website to go to so I can download the file. The interwebz is soooo slow here i really cant search for things. The 150kb file the roster is took me over 30 mintutes to download to a flashdrive.

Re: I need some help
this is from http://www.articlesbase.com/video-games ... 73440.html it should work with any game verison.
Rosters are available for download for free from many gaming community sites. In fact, this year NCAAstrategies.com will release rosters for the PS3 gaming community. If you have access to playing your NCAA Football 09 game via the PlayStation Network you can download the rosters with the new EA Locker feature. If you don't have access to the PlayStation Network don't fret here's how you can download the NCAA rosters for your PS3.
this is the file on mediafire...if you want to try a fresh copy......

a. On your flash drive, create a folder for your PS3 to facilitate the transfer from your computer to the flash drive.
b. Download the SAVEDATA.zip file to your computer. After downloading it, extract the file to your desktop using WINRAR.
c. Now insert your USB storage device into your computer's slot.
d. Open the USB storage device. It should display a window on your computer.
e. You create a new folder on your USB storage device and name the folder PS3. It's important to name it PS3 so that your PS3 system will recognize the roster folder
f. Find the SAVEDATA file extracted from SAVEDATA.zip.
g. To save the file on the USB storage device, you can drag the SAVEDATA folder or copy and paste SAVEDATA folder into the PS3 folder located in the USB storage device.
h. To load it to your PS3 system, without putting the game in the system, start PS3. Sign in only with the username you dedicated to the roster file.
i. Plug in the USB device into the USB slot of the PS3.
j. Go to PS3 menu to get to the "Game" section.
k. Scroll down to "Saved Data Utility, then click "x".
l. Pick "USB Device", then press "x".
m. Pick "NCAA Football 09" or any NCAA Football game version. Click "triangle" then "copy".
n. The file will be copied to the hard drive of the PS3 system.
Just insert NCAA 09 or any version and you're ready to play with your newly-acquired rosters!
