Re: The 2011 24 Hour Dynasty League!!!
got my game in...Injuries are insane
I was already down my starting QB for the last 6 weeks.
My stud HB has been out for 6 weeks.
then in this game i lose my back up RB for most of hte game.
my 3rd string RB for the entire game on his first carry.
My impact WR out for 3 quarters.
Even lost my back up QB for a series.( RS Frosh with 78 THP and 76 THA)
Sad thing is i only have 2 Qbs on my roster and 3 RBs as well. I was almost completely fucked out of this game by injuries.
Oh yeah..Penn State is next....FML!

LTU season came to a heartbreaking end as they lose their last game of the year to Coach Six's arch nemesis who on the 2010 ncaa version also ruined perfect seasons, West Virginia 52-49. It was a long shot that LTU would be in the title game, but with the loss they no longer have an argument.

Advanced to Conference Champ. Week. Looks like Tfan and his Temple Owls have the only game, so I'll play it by ear and advance when he is complete.

Re: The 2011 24 Hour Dynasty League!!!
Got it in.
CRAZY GAme as Temple outscores CMU for their back to back MAC Championship. CMU took the lead with 25 seconds to go in the game. Temple would get a 30 yard pass and fumble the ball but would manage to recover and call TO. Temple needing a TD to win hit WR James Jones on a Hail Mary with 2 seconds to go on 4th down to take the lead and win the game.
QB Stewars fresh off his 4 week abcense due to injury threw for 17-25 454 yards 5 TDs and 1 INT.
RB Pierce also came back from injury to rush for 117 yards and 1 TD.
temple racked up 554 yards to CMUs 368.
Lets see what bowl we get this season.

Re: The 2011 24 Hour Dynasty League!!!
We are now in Bowl Week. We will advance again tomorrow night around this time, unless any of you with a Bowl game need extra time.
After winning their 2nd consecutive MAC Championship, the Temple Owls (10-3) look to finish strong as they go head to head with the Minnesota Golden Gophers (7-5) in the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl. The Owl's players received a few honors with HB Bernard Pierce, WR Joe Jones, WR James Mixon, RE Aaron Hush, DT Muhammad Wilkerson, and CB Kevin Kroboth getting 1st Team All-Conference recognition in the MAC.
The #8 ranked San Diego State Aztecs (10-2) received the invite to play against #9 Clemson Tigers (10-3) in the Orange Bowl. RE Frederick Trujillo made the All-American Freshman team. All MWC honors went to the following Aztec players: (1st team) RE Frederick Trujillo, MLB Colin Shumante, and CB Khalid Stevens, (2nd team) HB Walter Kazee, DT Jerome Long, LOLB Miles Burris, CB Jose Perez, and P Brian Stahovich.
After a very impressive season battling through a very tough non-conference schedule, #10 Louisiana Tech Bulldogs (11-1) get looked over by the BCS and instead face off against Stanford Cardinal (7-5) in the Emerald Bowl. The Bulldogs added some nice hardware to the trophy case in Ruston, as HB Tyrone Duplessis won the Maxwell Award with teammate QB Colby Cameron finishing 2nd in votes. Duplessis also brings home the Walter Camp Award and Doak Walker, while Cameron is honored with the Davey O'brien Award. WR Ahmad Paige got in on the action, bringing in the Biletnikoff. Duplessis and Cameron also received Heisman recognition finishing 2nd and 4th respectively. Needless to say Cameron, Duplessis, and Paige also each received 1st team All-American honors and All-Conference honors as well, along with a slew of othe Bulldogs defensive players receiving All-Conference recognition.
Northern Illinois Huskies (8-4) and the Nevada Wolfpack (6-6) do battle in the New Mexico Bowl. 1st team All-Conference awards went to TE Jason Schepler, MLB Pat Schiller, FS Ryan Hall, and K Ryan Fillinham while 2nd team went to QB Chandler Harnish, HB Jasmin Hopkins, C Scott Wedige, RG Joe Pawlak, and RT Adam Kiel.

Re: The 2011 24 Hour Dynasty League!!!
SDST played great, i ll miss our qb next season i think. Hes so accurate. With that said, Azetecs move the ball down numerous times into the redzone only to be held to fg's. Clemson had there moments where the cpu mixed it up but in the end, i was able to drive down and get a fg with a minute and half to go to up 1pt. Then clemson drives down, after some great plays by the defense, only to hit the 57yd fg!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! Great kick, i expected to see a miss...Oh well, next season should be fun...hahahaha!
Re: The 2011 24 Hour Dynasty League!!!
The Bulldogs entered their Emerald Bowl game against the Cardinal a bit disappointed that they were looked over by the Coaches Poll, Computers, and BCS.. entering bowl week ranked 10th in Nation.
Star QB Colby Cameron said how can we win all these individual awards be get overlooked as a team. We will just have to make a statement against the Cardinal, and the Bulldogs looked as if they would jumping out to a 14 nothing lead. But suddenly things would start to go wrong as the Cardinal went on a 31 to 7 run going up 31- 21 with just 24 secs left in the half. With things spiraling out of control Cameron was able to lead his team down the field and score on an impressive 6 play drive that only took 24 seconds. To close the gap 31-28 at the half.
In the second half though the Cardinal would look to take control of the game again as they would score 9 unanswered points and lead 40 -28 with just a min left in the 3rd qtr. But then things turned around for the Bulldogs the Offense would find its rhythm again scoring a touchdown and cutting the lead to 40 - 35. After a missed FG, Cameron would again lead his team down the field for another touchdown taking the lead for the first time since the score was 14-7 early in the 1st qtr. With the lead 41 - 40 Coach Six sent his offense out on the field and his offense did not disappoint as they completed the 2pt conversion now up 43- 40.
After the Cardinal were held to 3 straight missed Fgs they would have just over 2 and half mins left to win or tie the game. And first play from scrimmage Cardinal connect on a 60 yard bomb into Bulldog territory. One the next play already in FG position they would hand off to their back who had already amassed over 120 yards rushing, but while fighting for extra yards after a 8 yard pickup the Bulldogs would strip the ball free recovering the football and add 1 more touchdown for good measure to win the game 50 - 40. And taking home their 2nd consecutive Emerald Bowl Trophy.
With adding 500 plus yards and 5 touchdowns passing Colby Cameron became the All - Time NCAA leader in single season Passing Yards with 5923 yards, and Touchdown Leader with 59. As a team the Bulldogs threw for over 6000 yards and 61 touchdowns.
Next season the Bulldogs hope to find that elusive 12-0 record after back to back 12-1 seasons.

Re: The 2011 24 Hour Dynasty League!!!
Got on last night to play and was midway through 2nd quarter before I realized I had a 6am flight today. Paused the game and wnt to bed. While talking to my wife today she tells me we had some storms run trough and power was gone for bout 5 mins while age was getting ready. It took me until now to add 2 an 2 together. I'm at the airport in houston bout to head home to a powerless ps3. Fml I was up 3-0.

Advanced through Player's Leaving as none of the active teams had anyone leaving early.
Advance through Transfer Requests as it accepts any requests by default.
Now in Week 1 of Off-season. Would like to cruise through the off-season as quickly as possible and get back to sucking ass with the Army Blacknights.
