When have admins ever swept anything under the door when someone goes over the 35 point rule?
You're right! I was wrong there, sorry.
And no, I'm not a "disgruntled employee/former Admin", LOL.... I chose to step away from the position, by my own choice. It's just that, I'm always concerned about the guys that are losing the games, the guys that are losing their games by large amounts. This league can't and won't survive with 120 really good players. We need to remember, respect and acknowledge those guys that aren't winning. It's not easy to enjoy the game all the time if you're losing, especially if you're getting beat handily. And when you're losing ugly, you sometimes find yourself looking at everything your opponent is doing, wondering if he's rubbing salt in the wound....for statisticial purposes and/or because he simply doesn't have a clue that he has the game in hand and could show some sportsmanship and back off alittle. I think some guys think that going balls out all the way up to 35 is perfectly acceptable and should not be frowned on, at all!
There's been an awful lot of blowouts, in the 28-35 point range here early in the season and I worry that some guys may become frustrated and possibly leave....and I'm not always sure that some of the "higher ups" (who many have all the skills and have all the top picks and top teams every season) are remembering the guys that are losing.....
So that's why I'm involved with this thread. It's not to go after outlaw, though he he doesn't seem to be defending himself much here....just looking for answers, seeing the guy that lost handily by 27-37 points hasn't responded yet.
